This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and MPO338 ("Platform", "We"). 09 Account Termination

• Once an account is terminated, any valid remaining balance (after deduction of bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member within the stipulated timeframe.
• Members whose accounts have been terminated due to fraudulent activity are not entitled to any refund.

10 Liability Limits

MPO338 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.

11 Applicable Law
